Free Shipping

At Glorystore.uk, shipping is free globally on all orders, regardless of size, with no exceptions. Glory Store UK prioritizes fast delivery, as we understand the importance of timely receipt of your purchases. Despite shipping being at no cost, our goal is to ensure a swift processing of your order.

Delivery Timeline

Orders for regular sizes are created specifically for you and usually ship within 10 business days. However, there may be a delay of up to 20 business days for shipping.

We make an effort to streamline the processing time for custom orders as well. Upon confirming important details such as measurements, made-to-measure orders are typically dispatched within 5-7 weeks and bespoke orders within 12-15 weeks.

Once dispatched, you can expect your items to be delivered to your doorstep in 3-5 business days.

World Wide Delivery

Orders are shipped to all countries except Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and nations under OFAC sanctions.

Courier Service

To provide our customers with a premium delivery service, all shipments are made through express courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, and others. We have the discretion to select the courier that best facilitates a prompt and efficient delivery of the product to you.

APO/PO Box Addresses

For the protection and peace of mind of our customers, we do not offer delivery to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses.

Duty

Orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and the buyer is responsible for any additional charges. Before making a purchase, please consult your local customs office to determine the cost.

Complimentary Items

Orders with more than 10 items do not come with complimentary items as standard. However, exceptions can be made with approval from our customer support team.

Other Policies

Once payment is received, the customer will receive an email confirming the order.

The customer is responsible for tracking the shipment using the provided tracking number and following up with the courier company if necessary. In case the order is held by the courier or delivery is attempted but the customer is not present, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier. To avoid any issues, it's recommended to regularly check the tracking information. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the parcel may be destroyed by the courier, for which we won't be held responsible.

To save time and money, multiple orders shipped to the same address may be combined into a single shipment at our discretion, unless otherwise instructed. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be rescheduled to a different address and the customer should contact the courier company for resolution.
